Hello Richard, ive been doing the Dragon rally for the last 11 years, its a limited rally, by that i mean its open to about 1,300 people and tickets are done on a first come first serve basis and they are applied for through the post(mail). It dosent snow that often but it rains a hell of alot, you can also count on high winds and plenty of mud,the last couple of years it has been held on Anglesey which is at the north west tip of wales, its only a one night rally which is on the saturday, friday is spent in bettws-y-coed drinking and eating,as you can imagine the town is over run with bikes and sidecars from all over europe, its a great atmosphere on the friday night, saturday morning is spent looking for the control van which has the directions to the rally site(its keep a secret until that day)you arrive at the site, put your tent up and watch others arrive until its time to cook some food and drink some beer,in the evening you drink with 1,300 others and listen to the live band,to be honest i dont know why i do the rally, but i will be going again next year and the year after that, i hope Richard that i have wetted your appetite
